Founded in 1943, A. Silva Silva still maintains today the spirit of its founders, visionary men who, amidst the difficulties of the Second World War era, knew how to face the challenges of those times.

With perseverance and starting from a timber yard in Seixal, they developed a civil construction and public works company that grew in pace with the country, gradually diversifying its activities into complementary business areas alongside construction.

In the course of the past two decades, the ASS Group has built approximately 400,000 square meters and sold 3,000 housing units.

Currently, its core activity lies in the real estate sector, where it holds around 70,000 square meters of construction area in its portfolio, distributed among the various companies that comprise it.
