Data of customers and potential customers
Identification data and contact details from the property reservation form, all necessary data for the execution of contracts related to real estate projects concerning clients who enter into these contracts with companies within A.SilvaSilva, as well as information regarding transactions already completed by clients with companies within A.SilvaSilva.

Business partners
Identification data, including professional data, and contact details, particularly from real estate agents, or representatives, employees, consultants acting on behalf of real estate entities, including real estate developers, real estate mediators, real estate appraisers, investors.

Competent administrative entities
Identification data, including professional data, and contact details, particularly from professionals exercising functions in public bodies of direct or indirect state administration, or local authorities, notaries or commercial or civil registration offices, public service concessionaires, and other entities providing public services relevant to the development of real estate projects promoted by A.SilvaSilva.

Suppliers
Identification data, including professional data, and contact details, particularly from technicians, or service providers supplying goods or services to the companies within A.SilvaSilva, including engineers, architects, or representatives, employees of entities supplying goods or services to the companies within A.SilvaSilva, including contractors, lawyers, appraisers, designers, estimators, and archaeologists.

Users of the Terraços do Sado website
The type of personal data we collect and process through the use of our website results from the information provided by the Data Subject through the registration form on our website, which consists of identification and contact data. Additionally, the Terraços do Sado website uses functional and analytical cookies to collect information about its users, with the purpose of improving and customizing the browsing experience, as well as tracking the usage and effectiveness of the Terraços do Sado website. They contact us spontaneously and request information about products marketed by entities within the A.SilvaSilva company, and voluntarily fill out or transmit their respective data for customer profile completion;

Contacts are established with customers and potential customers for the acquisition of any product we have to offer, particularly by filling out the respective reservation document, obtaining necessary information for the execution of contracts related to their real estate projects, and providing regular updates on project developments by A.SilvaSilva to its clients; Data is provided by real estate mediators, for whom the Company acts as subcontractor, to determine the source of client acquisition for A.SilvaSilva.

Contacts are established with competent administrative entities, including, notably, notaries and registration offices, service providers such as EDP, EPAL, fire brigades, etc., in the context of real estate projects promoted by A.SilvaSilva and in preparation for property sales or other forms of real estate product commercialization;
When Data Subjects are business partners, real estate mediators, or suppliers, their personal data is collected through contacts resulting from the contractual relationship under which A.SilvaSilva processes the relevant personal data.

4. For what purposes do we process your data?

The personal data of Data Subjects are processed by A.SilvaSilva for the following purposes:

• Execution of contractual obligations established by entities within A.SilvaSilva with their customers, including the preparation of reservation documents for real estate products marketed by A.SilvaSilva, as well as documents concerning transactions related to their real estate projects, billing and collection, and providing information about the development of projects in which customers are involved;

• Compliance with legal obligations to which we are bound that require the processing of personal data of Data Subjects, particularly for licensing and development of real estate projects promoted by A.SilvaSilva, for tax and accounting purposes, for compliance with identification and diligence duties regarding entities with whom we transact, which may involve, if legally required, the communication of personal data of Data Subjects to competent administrative entities;

• To provide relevant information about our ventures, and for marketing purposes / sending promotional communications associated with the disclosure and promotion of these ventures, the latter concerning Data Subjects who have consented to such communications;

• For the management and execution of contractual relationships with business partners, real estate agencies, and suppliers;

• To improve and customize the browsing experience on A.SilvaSilva’s website, to monitor the usage and effectiveness of its content, and for traffic analytics purposes.

5. What are the legal grounds for processing your personal data by the data controller?

A.SilvaSilva collects and subsequently processes personal data of Data Subjects based on the following legal grounds:

• Execution of a contractual relationship or pre-contractual measures with Data Subjects, within the relationships established with its customers or potential customers aiming at the reservation of real estate products requested by them, or the organization or execution of sales operations, or other forms of commercialization of its real estate products;

• Pursuit of a legitimate interest for processing, provided that the rights and freedoms of Data Subjects are ensured, such as processing operations necessary for contacting competent administrative entities within the framework of A.SilvaSilva’s real estate projects, or the consultation of CVs in the context of recruitment processes;

• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, particularly for compliance with identification and due diligence obligations arising from anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation; or

• The free, specific, and informed consent of Data Subjects, in cases where the processing aims at commercial promotion of its products and marketing, including the disclosure of information about products marketed by A.SilvaSilva.

The transmission of personal data of Data Subjects by A.SilvaSilva Capital may be made to judicial, tax, and regulatory authorities for the purpose of complying with legal or regulatory obligations related to real estate promotion activities conducted by A.SilvaSilva.

In pursuit of our real estate promotion activities, we also share personal data of Data Subjects with lawyers, notaries, public administrative entities, financial entities, accountants, financial advisors, appraisers, when necessary in the context of project development.

The transmission of personal data of Data Subjects by A.SilvaSilva to a third-party recipient, if it occurs, will be accompanied by a commitment to use them only for specific purposes.

8. For how long do we retain your data?
